Rotherwood Recruitment are working in partnership with a specialist consultancy in the utilities market. Due to growth, they are looking for experienced sales professionals to join their new UK B2B sales team based in Barrowford.
The role encompasses both an outbound lead generation role, where you will manage the full end to end process of the sale and your own pipeline where leads will be provided.
This role requires a person who is driven, ambitious with a hunger to learn and earn. In return the company offers uncapped commission and incentive run rewards.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- High volume, outbound calls to UK based customers to nurture a loyal customer pipeline.
- Effectively manage and maintain your pipeline to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Present unique solutions from industry leading services explaining the value of the product which in-turn save our customers time and money.
- Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI’s.
- Identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and objection handling.
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred);
- Self-motivated and a passion for success.
- Ability to manage your own pipeline to achieve targets.
- Effective communication skills - professional and articulate;
- Driven character, enthusiastic and passionate to deliver on targets;
