Our client based in Bingley is looking to recruit a Sales & Customer Service Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties :
- Focus on integration within the business; observe and gain understanding of process, people, product and culture.
- Provide practical information derived from any issues to each department and offer pragmatic solutions, in consultation with department heads. Driving resolution and communication clearly through are key to the role.
- Communicate with trade partners to identify areas of opportunity, assist with any problems they may encounter and provide swift resolution with the support of all teams.
- Understand, assist in the development of new processes, and communicate these across the whole business.
- Control and manage customer cases assigning Operations personnel to ensure case resolution within defined KPI’s.
- Collaborate with sales to identify customer service improvements with a view to drive performance within the team.

Salary - £35,000.
