Description

Rotherwood Recruitment are delighted to be working along side a well established manufacturing company based in Accrington.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leader in the manufacturing of Sports equipment.

 

We are looking for an experienced Office Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

 

Duties will include –

 

  • Sales & Order processing both online and from quotes
  • Purchase Order processing
  • Management and general supply of office materials
  • General office duties
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of carriers dispatch booking deliveries
  • Weekly check of all returns and damages
  • Sourcing of UK suppliers
  • Answering calls etc

 

Experience:

  • Microsoft Dynamics or Sage

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.00pm - 40 hours per week- unpaid lunch

Holidays:

  • 20 days holidays plus BH saving (3 days for Christmas)

£18,000 - £20,000 p/a
