We are looking for an experienced Office Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
Duties will include –
- Sales & Order processing both online and from quotes
- Purchase Order processing
- Management and general supply of office materials
- General office duties
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of carriers dispatch booking deliveries
- Weekly check of all returns and damages
- Sourcing of UK suppliers
- Answering calls etc
- Microsoft Dynamics or Sage
- Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.00pm - 40 hours per week- unpaid lunch
- 20 days holidays plus BH saving (3 days for Christmas)
£18,000 - £20,000 p/a
