Duties will include:
Managing your own desk driving growth through new client wins and client account management.
Using social media platforms to attract and source the best talent for your clients creating engaging content.
Meeting with clients to discuss their recruitment strategies.
Negotiating commercial pricing and terms of business.
As a recruitment consultant, you're the vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse. It involves:
Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KSF targets.
