Salary: £11.44+/hr
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Overview:
A fast-growing company in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Production Operative. The role involves setting up machinery, maintaining cleanliness in production areas, and ensuring high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing and blending sports supplements
  • Weighing and sieving dry ingredients according to set recipes
  • Cleaning manufacturing equipment and cleanroom areas
  • Stocking and maintaining warehouse quality standards
  • Performing routine inspections and maintenance to ISO standards
  • Ensuring products meet quality control specifications

Requirements:

Essential:

  • GCSE or equivalent, with a minimum Grade C in English, Maths, and Science
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and following standard operating procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or supplement industry
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and pharmaceutical machinery
  • Experience maintaining machinery
