An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client an award-winning company based in Burnley.  We are looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join their friendly and motivated assembly team. This role involves assembling a variety of high-quality products with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in mechanical fitting, product assembly, or wiring, soldering based skills along with strong mechanical skills.

Key attributes include:

• Dexterity and proficiency with hand tools
• Efficient and accurate soldering skills
• A commitment to delivering the highest quality standards expected by our customers
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D drawings and wiring schedules (preferred but not essential)

This position requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively within our supportive and close-knit team. A positive attitude and the willingness to learn are crucial.

Training:
In-house training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right interests, abilities, and aptitude.

Salary:
Competitive, starting at £12+/hr based on experience.

Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Thursday: 07:50 – 17:10
• Friday: 07:50 – 12:30
