
Description
Our client based in Skipton is looking to recruit an Office Administrator on a part time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Answering the phones
- Printing documents
- Typing letter
- Assisting the project manager with project work
- Assisting in the accounts department
- Data entry.
Key requirements:
- Previous admin experience
- Experience with Word, Sharepoint, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
Hours of work – 25 hours per week (School Hours)
Rate of pay - £10.42 per hour
