Description

Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit an Office Administrator on a full time, temporary ongoing basis.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
  • Handling expenses
  • Arranging meetings
  • Assisting in purchase orders and invoicing.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have previous office experience
  • Must have used SAGE
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Hours of work - 8am-4:45PM Mon-Thurs, 8am-12:30pm Friday.

Rate of Pay - £10 to £11 per hour.
