
Description
Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit an Office Administrator on a full time, temporary ongoing basis.
Duties will include:
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
- Handling expenses
- Arranging meetings
- Assisting in purchase orders and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Must have previous office experience
- Must have used SAGE
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Hours of work - 8am-4:45PM Mon-Thurs, 8am-12:30pm Friday.
Rate of Pay - £10 to £11 per hour.
