
Description
Experienced Legal Secretary required to work in a Private Client Department supporting a Partner.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Audio/copy typing using digital dictation.
- Answering telephone, taking messages
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Opening and archiving files
- Diary management.
Key requirements:
- 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Private Client
- Experience of digital dictation
- Excellent word-processing and audio typing skills
- Knowledge and experience of MS office
- A professional telephone manner.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
