Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit an Office Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
To prepare handle new client enquiries in a busy family legal aid practice.
- Reception Duties.
- Take initial client enquires
- Be able to deal with matters sensitively and with compassion
- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Collate financial information for clients for legal aid assessments
- File all incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain filing and administrative systems.
- Arrange teleconferences with local, regional, and national law firms, as well as other constituencies, as required.
- Exhibit a good level of flexibility and team work.
- Support colleagues where required and undertake training where appropriate.
- Assist with all other general administrative tasks
