Description

Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit an Office Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties will include:

To prepare handle new client enquiries in a busy family legal aid practice.

  • Reception Duties.
  • Take initial client enquires
  • Be able to deal with matters sensitively and with compassion
  • Prepare documents and correspondence
  • Collate financial information for clients for legal aid assessments
  • File all incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain filing and administrative systems.
  • Arrange teleconferences with local, regional, and national law firms, as well as other constituencies, as required.
  • Exhibit a good level of flexibility and team work.
  • Support colleagues where required and undertake training where appropriate.
  • Assist with all other general administrative tasks
