
Description
Temporary to permanent Inbound Call Handler required by a leading Keighley company.
The role itself involves taking high volume inbound calls from customers from all over the UK (excellent geographical knowledge of the UK is essential) reporting various issues to their equipment. You will also have to undertake admin and back office duties as and when required. You must have a clear calm telephone manner and also be computer literate.
The hours of work are 9pm to 7am with 1 hours break and is on a 4 on 4 off rota that will mean weekend working.
The rate of pay is £12.50 per hour with a potential quarterly bonus dependent on varied items and this will be discussed at interview with the company
