Description

Our client based in Crossflatts is looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a part time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Pre-employment administration including drafting contracts, liaising with OH, references etc
  • On boarding preparations and activities
  • Day to day HR administration tasks including upkeep of HRIS, Time and Attendance
  • Working with outsourced payroll provider with regards to UK team members
  • Recruitment including arranging interviews, liaising with candidates / recruitment agencies
  • Other general administration tasks and all ad hoc requests as required
  • Working with Managers and team members to provide HR administrative support
  • Supporting Global HR team as and when required

 

Required Skills:

  • Candidates must have minimum of 3 years administrative experience, one of which has been in HR
  • Experience with a HRIS and/or Time and Attendance system is preferred
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications tools
  • Candidates must be highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • You must be tenacious, with a good eye for detail and a willingness to see things through
  • Confidentiality and ability to connect / be a team player, including those home /hybrid working is critical
  • Flexibility, willingness and proactive to support work outside of HR and UK
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

 

Rate of pay - £10 to £13 per hour

Hours of Work – 20 hours per week
