Description
Our client is a premier bed & upholstery manufacturer who have been manufacturing here in Burnley for over 30 years.
They are now looking to recruit an efficient Customer Service Administrator to work full-time within their busy sales office.
Candidate Requirements:
- Team player
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT Skills
This is a busy office and the candidate needs to be confident in handling customer queries and complaints from retailers (not the public).
Business to Business experience would be an advantage.
Full training will be given.
