  • Answering first line support enquiries via telephone
  • Responding to customer support requests via a helpdesk system and email, in a professional, helpful manner
  • Personally delivering an outstanding customer service to all clients
  • Contributing fairly to all departmental goals
  • Processing orders
  • System builds
  • Further administrative tasks



No previous experience is required as we have a comprehensive training programme, but a background in dealing with customers/ customer service is desirable, along with knowledge of the education sector.

Personal Attributes

Good communication skills, helpful and friendly approach, organised, self-motivated and works well in a team. A keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise tasks.


  • Must be confident in taking calls and dealing with customer requests
  • Must be confident in making calls and speaking to customers
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good listening skills.

Starting salary £17,374 increasing to £18k
