Responsibilities
- Answering first line support enquiries via telephone
- Responding to customer support requests via a helpdesk system and email, in a professional, helpful manner
- Personally delivering an outstanding customer service to all clients
- Contributing fairly to all departmental goals
- Processing orders
- System builds
- Further administrative tasks
Experience
No previous experience is required as we have a comprehensive training programme, but a background in dealing with customers/ customer service is desirable, along with knowledge of the education sector.
Personal Attributes
Good communication skills, helpful and friendly approach, organised, self-motivated and works well in a team. A keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise tasks.

Starting salary £17,374 increasing to £18k
