Description

Our client based in Bradford is looking to recruit an Commercial Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties will include:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial Director.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries related to commercial activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.

Financial Coordination:

  • Assist in tracking and managing financial transactions related to commercial agreements.
  • Liaise with the operational team and issue accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Process monthly timesheets for payroll purposes.
  • Issue statements to clients to ensure timely payments are made.

 

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments related to commercial activities.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Compile and analyse data relevant to commercial performance.
  • Generate reports to support decision-making processes.

 

Documentation and Filing:

  • Maintain an organised filing system for commercial documents and records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

 

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

 

Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a commercial or business environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic financial principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

 

 

Role Details

Pay: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, with annual Pay reviews in January. Pay based on skillset of applicant.

Place of Work: Mostly based at head office in Bradford, work from home some days is negotiable.

Holidays: 28 Days Including Bank Holidays

Bonus Scheme: Christmas & Performance bonuses which are dependent on the performance of the business.

Parking: On-site parking provided.

Company pension Scheme: 3% Contribution by the company.
