Rotherwood Recruitment are working in partnership with a college in Pendle, who are looking for a temporary administrator/receptionist to join their team.
Due to the nature of this role, you must have a DBS in place before placing an application
The role is working Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm on a temporary contract until late January/February, however this could be extended for the right candidate and could lead to a long term position
The role involves:
- Being the first point of contact for college visitors, logging them in using the visitor system
- Answering and responding to telephone calls and referring to the correct person
- Ensuring an effective postal service for the College
- Among other reception related tasks.
Experience of working on Reception / in a similar role, with excellent communication and customer service skills would be an advantage.
