Branch Administrator required by extremely busy Skipton company to work on a full time on going basis Monday to Friday.
Duties will be varied and demanding and will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Dealing with administration duties
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Ensuring all jobs logged and tracked accordingly
- Booking accommodation
- Arranging transport
You MUST have previous office experience (2 years) and be used to working in a fast paced environment, often to tight deadlines.
