Description

Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a part time, temporary to permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Sales Ledger Administration including - Scanning; posting and balancing payments; matching payment via cheque, BACS and Credit Card; Brook Taverner Store control
  • Purchase Ledger Administration including – Inbox emails; Posting Invoices; Posting PL cash payments; Checking Statements; Matching Credit Card receipts; Matching delivery notes/invoices
  • General Administration – Opening Post; Franking Inc. ordering supplies and maintaining it; DHL Manifests control; Photocopying; Scanning POD’s
  • Internet – Posting payments; Refunds via PayPal and Sage; Balancing account
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable, as outlined by your line manager.

Skills / Experience:

  • Intermediate IT skills – efficient use of the Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the AS400 system
  • At least 1 year working in an accounts department

Hours of work – 20 to 30 hours per week over 5 days.

Salary - £17,160
