Description

An exciting opportunity has opened up within a dynamic property management company. We are seeking a proactive Accounting Assistant to support a busy finance and office management department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with annual tax returns
  • Prepare client's rental statements
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Manage supplier statement reconciliations
  • Reconcile company credit card statements
  • Input invoices onto sage
  • Resolve outstanding issues on client tax returns
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure invoices and discrepancies
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to priorotise work
  • A good team player with an approachable, adaptable and committed attitude

Job Details:

Salary: £24,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
