Description

Due to our continued growth, this rapidly expanding company with multiple locations in the UK, are looking for a highly motivated Accounts/Office Administrator to assist the team in continuing to deliver an effective and efficient service.

 

Duties will include.

  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and e-mails
  • Handling general enquiries
  • Processing customer orders onto the system
  • Processing customer quotations onto the system
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system
  • Ensure filing system is appropriate and kept up to date, both paper and computerised system.
  • Updating Sales and Purchase Ledgers
  • Raising Sales Invoice
  • Credit Control
  • Chasing missing paperwork
  • Raising purchase orders for materials and components
  • Handling general enquiries

 

What you will need:

  • Previous finance administrative experience (min 3 years)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of using Sage 50 Accounts would be advantageous but not necessary, as full training will be provided.

Salary dependant on experience.
