Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative based in Colne. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with customers. This role involves managing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales via telephone or virtual platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers using strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Identify and secure new customer accounts to ensure ongoing sales and target achievement.
- Achieve pre-agreed sales targets linked to bonus payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the CRM system.
- Problem-solve and adapt under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Commit to personal and professional development.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum + Comm

Term: Fixed Contract 1 year - Maternity Leave Cover
