Our client based in Skipton is looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
• Working in the very busy sales office
• Processing of sales orders & answering queries from stockists
• Preparation of some documentation for couriers & hauliers
• Maintain own customer records, profiles, prices
You must have:
• Experience of a busy office
• Good IT & computer skills – Excel, Word & Office (some experience of Sage is desirable, but not essential)
• Good verbal & written communicator – with fellow staff, sales rep, stockists
• Customer service skills – telephone, email.
