Description

Our client based in Skipton is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries over the phone and by email
  • Generating and logging quotes
  • Processing orders and payments
  • Sending out invoices and other paperwork
  • Updating customer records
  • Providing after sales support.

Key requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Need to be confident on the telephone
  • Able to work under pressure
  • The ability to use your initiative
  • The ability to work well with others
  • Previous customer service and admin experience.

Salary is dependant on experience.
