Our client based in Skipton is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Answering customer enquiries over the phone and by email
- Generating and logging quotes
- Processing orders and payments
- Sending out invoices and other paperwork
- Updating customer records
- Providing after sales support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Need to be confident on the telephone
- Able to work under pressure
- The ability to use your initiative
- The ability to work well with others
- Previous customer service and admin experience.
Salary is dependant on experience.
