Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organisation's financial operations. This entails managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial management and accounting, with a keen focus on cost control and accounts payable.

Finance Manager - Competitive Salary (DOE)

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in generating company financial statements.
• CIMA/ACCA qualified or actively pursuing qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CIS.
• Ideally, prior experience in a manufacturing setting.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Day-to-day management of the finance team.
• Management of cash flow and forecasting.
• Developing annual budgets and maintaining monthly rolling forecasts.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ensuring accuracy in the accounting system's data.
• Credit control activities.
• Leading and assisting in process improvements within the company.
• Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure timely invoicing and payments.

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
