Salary circa £15,000 - £16,000
Our client based in Crossflatts is looking to recruit talented and enthusiastic people to join their Mortgage Operations department, working with a cross section of our mortgage customers. These teams are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, dealing with account queries and payment requests from both customers and 3rd parties.
As a Contact Centre Associate you will play an essential role in delivering excellent service and implement improvements to accurately determine the customer needs and identify the most appropriate solution.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a thriving team and work as a member of the mortgage contact centre to deliver service excellence to all of the customers. You will need to have a good listening ear and ensure you question appropriately to fully understand the customers’ financial situation in order to resolve a variety of customer queries at first point of contact.

You will also have:
• 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English (or two years relevant work experience)
• Experience of customer focused work in either a face-to-face or telephony environment
• Effective team player
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Negotiating and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Have a good eye for quality and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word)
Start date: 2nd July 2018.
They will invest significant training to provide you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in the role. Induction & training will be for up to 12 weeks so please make us aware of any holidays you have booked over this period at the point of your application.
Salary: Up to £16,000 pro rata dependant on your skills and experience in line with the requirements of the role.
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week over the operating hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and the occasional Saturday is required (approximately 3 per year). The operating hours are extended till 8pm over the last 3 days of the month.
