In bound call centre operative required to work nights 10.30pm to 6am (could include weekends on a rota basis with time off through the week).
The duties include answering incoming calls from customers and members of the public to report emergencies, faults and repairs to equipment. You will liaise with engineers to go out to site to rectify problems and this will be on a national basis.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, remain calm in emergency situations and be able to think on your feet at times. Previous call centre experience and computer knowledge are essential. 3- or 6-month contracts available £10 per hour.
