Description

Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a Administrator to cover Maternity leave.

Responsibilities:
• Customer service
• Job planning – data provision for Production Manager
• Quotations
• Arranging deliveries & collections

Software experience - essential:
• MS Excel – data maintenance, filtering & pivot tables
• MS Word
• MS Outlook

Experience – advantageous:
• Sage 50 sales invoicing
• Capsule / similar customer database

Hours & Salary
• Mon-Thu 9am-5pm; Fri 9am-1pm (32 hours)
• Salary £8.50-11.50 p/h: £14,144-£19,136 for 32 hrs p/w
