We are proud to be recruiting for our brand new client based in the Centre of Skipton who are looking for up to 10 Customer Service Advisors.
• You’ll be handling general telephone enquiries for a range of services from new and existing customers.
• Informing customers about services that could suit them
• Suggesting products they may be interested in
• Putting them in touch with someone senior should they need it.
• Working shift patterns include some weekend and evening hours, you’ll be flexible, as well as outgoing and enthusiastic.
• Previous telephone or customer service experience is an advantage, as is a financial services background but this is not essential
• You’ll be challenged, motivated and inspired to offer excellent customer service, with an organisation that cares about its people.
This is a temporary to permanent position, 35 hours a week, paying £8.45 per hour.
